updated with the latest features and enhancements, all
downloaded electronically directly to your hardware
- Technical Support
Access to technical support via. phone and
email during business hours (9am - 6pm Pacific time)
Gold Support
If you require a higher level of support our gold support program includes:
- Automated product update service

- Extended hardware warranty
By purchasing an extended hardware warranty you ensure that you
can get your system repaired or replaced in the unlikely event
of a hardware failure. Extended hardware warranties are relatively
inexpensive and provide that extra level of insurance you need.
